FORK UNION, Va. – Jeff Appel has been named Fork Union Military Academy's Director of Sport Performance, Director of Athletics Brooks Berry announced Tuesday afternoon. Appel comes to Fork Union after a nine-year stint as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Richmond.
