Important Update on Graduation
Today, I want to give you an important update regarding Graduation plans.
We will be providing you more details about the ceremony itself in the near future, but Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia made an important announcement yesterday that directly affects our graduation ceremony and I wanted to let you know about this immediately.
Group Events Limited to Maximum of 250 Participants in Phase 3
Governor Northam announced yesterday that during Phase 3 of Virginia's reopening, group events will be limited to a maximum of 250 participants.
We set our Graduation ceremony for July 18th in the expectation that we would be in Phase 3 at that point in time, and that group restrictions might be lifted completely. This new announcement means that, assuming we will be under Phase 3 guidelines on July 18th, we will be required to cap the number of attendees at our Graduation to 250.
If you have not yet RSVP'd to our Graduation Attendance Survey already, you must RSVP by Friday, June 26 in order to attend Graduation and take part in the ceremony.
If the total number of people at the ceremony is projected to exceed 250, we will be required to limit the number of tickets available to families, based on the order in which we have received their RSVP.
